Stressful & busy past couple of days!
Right now is my crunch time. Lots of exams and papers due, and finals are very soon so I have to start preparing for those as well. I haven’t been able to exercise really, and I have been stress eating a little bit, but honestly in comparison to previous years, it’s really not as bad. Before, when I would hit these times in school I would be at McDonald’s waaaaay too often....

Woke up early Had breakfast (burned myself) Wrote a 6 page paper Went to the gym (treadmill - 5 run/5 walk x 2, 2 run/8 walk) Showered Now off to school! 40 mins on the arc trainer, then did 20 minutes on the treadmill (ran for 5, walked for 15) I need to shower but my legs don’t want to move.

IT’S ME. Did you guess right?! Went tonight again and ran on the treadmill (cause the only one at my gym was actually available for once) and was on for 30 mins. Had a little extra time this morning
so I decided to WORKOUT. Instead of waiting till later and possibly not having time for it, I just laced up and went to the gym. I did 30 minutes on the elliptical consisting of a 5 min warm up then alternating going hard, recovering every other minute. So sweaty. Love/hate it. Then planked it out for a bit!
Goal for the day?
Don’t eat even one of those cookies! Was thinking about them when I woke up, and completely planned on eating 1 or 2 or 67890 but no. I had way too many yesterday. No cookies. None.
For the past two days I have been so busy with school work and various activities. I always fully plan to workout later in the evening, but then it hits 10pm and I just don’t want to at that point! I definitely need to make sure I fit in my workout before 10pm or it won’t happen. Also, made chocolate chip cookies for my mom’s office and can’t stop taste testing/eating...
Just got so excited for my breakfast tomorrow.
4/8/13 Mini Workout
Only had time to squeeze in a small workout cause it’s very busy week for me, and I have waaaay too much homework to do, but something is better than nothing! Alternated between jumping jacks, and bodyweight exercises in my room for about 15-20 minutes. Might not sound like much, but I definitely worked up a sweat!
Homework all day in the library!
Brought a lunch with me, but forgot to take a picture. Had pineapple, strawberries, pistachios, and a tuna sandwich. Also, got a soy latte to keep me going. I have some cucumbers and carrots left that I’m saving for later. Super interesting. Trying to stay here for as long as possible to get a whole bunch done! YAY COLLEGE.

Sautéed garlic shrimp and roasted brussels sprouts
Took so long to trim and chop the brussels sprouts, but so worth it. Top 5 favorite veggie for sure.

Current weight: 172.4 lbs Weight loss total: 2.1 lbs Even though I am super bloated from it being that time, and my eating being a bit off the past few days, still an overall loss. About to go do some meal prepping for the week. I plan on kicking some major ass this week eating/workout wise. In case anyone was interesting in knowing.
Decided to pick up these two products that I haven’t tried before: I assembled my ingredients to make a bowl. Instructions for he Qi’a was to add two tablespoons with 4-5 tablespoons of milk and let it sit for a couple minutes to thicken up. And the finished product: It was really good! I thoroughly enjoyed it. And very filling!
I spent a good chunk of yesterday making myself a weightloss/get healthy journal to track my weight, measurements, foods, exercises, goals and everything else along the way. And today I’m going to start using it! Lezzz do this.
Just did my makeup for no reason and took a bunch...
