Tofu: It makes smoothies taste really creamy and adds extra protein!
Cinnamon: It adds a subtle sweetness and tastes so good bonus, it can help stabilize your blood sugar to keep you feeling full longer.
Avocado: Surprising ingredient? Maybe, but it’s really good, and you will love how…
1 apple, cored and chopped (skins on)
1 cup water
1/2 cup quick cooking oats
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
Bring the water to a boil in a small saucepan. Then add the oats, apple, cinnamon, and nutmeg. The heat gets adjusted to low and the oatmeal is simmered for 2-3 minutes. That’s all there is to it. Serve it with a splash of soy milk.
HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHHAHAH OMG.
SHABBY

Perfect way to start what will be my extremely productive Sunday.
Studying for a while, then meeting a family I will potentially be pet-sitting. And guess what I’ll be pet-sitting. Guess. Do it.
A baby piglet.
Yeah. Then going to my parents house for a minute to say hi and grab a thing or too. Back to my townhouse. Studying again. Meeting a mother of kids I might be babysitting. Studying again.
Busy. Love it.
Hope you all had a great weekend, and have a super amazing Sunday :)
setting up my brita so I can stop being dehydrated all the time, and misinterpreting my thirst for hunger.
