Today ended up being a pretty good day
I forced myself outside to go running, and once again was able to run the entire time (even though my new shoes were seriously hurting my feet) I just pushed myself, and I CAN DOOO ITTTT AHHHH

Watching The Biggest Loser is motivating.
During the commericals I randomly decided to do little mini workout which included: plank, side plank, bicep curls, lateral raises, reverse crunches, wall sits, tricep extensions, and a chest workout that I don’t know the name of.
