So, I have an extreme pumpkin spice latte addiction. And I need to figure out how to drink them 24/7 while still maintaining my diet/eating healthy/losing weight. It this possible?
Whole wheat english muffin, scrambled eggs, slice of cheese, and a slice of tomato, toasted with a little spread of butter. So satisfying. It’s pouring out and I have to walk 25 minutes to class. With no umbrella. Fun.

You know when you don't get enough sleep
and your alarm goes off for an early workout, and you’re like whatever I’m going back to sleep, and totally rationalize it in your head that going back to sleep is the better decision then working out? Yeah just did that, but then I really had to use the bathroom, woke up a bit more, and realized that I’m going for a run.

I went to bed a little bit earlier last night
and waking up right now is not as bad as it was yesterday. Relieved! Going to bed earlier really does work hahaha!
