Having to stay up kinda late to study tonight
so I won’t be able to run tomorrow morning without being dead all day, and I have lab tomorrow so I need to be awake for the entire day. Hopefully will be able to squeeze in a quick one Thursday, and then make up for it this weekend. Bio will be the death of me. Probably.

Just had a mini run
and now I’m in healthy eating mode. Up until then I wasn’t eating all that great. Yesterday morning after my run I was in healthy mode too, but then when I came home after school later, I snacked away.  Hmm, I think I need to start my day with a run, for sure, and not have so many snacking options around! Woke up at 7am!
And was out the door by 7:30 :) Unfortunately I woke up with a stomach ache and was nervous about my run, but decided to go anyways and that if I needed to I could always stop, but it went away right after I started.  Felt like I got my stride back, but the week away from running definitely slowed me down a bit. Ended the run with lunges, squats, dips, pushups, and planks. And it’s not...

Sorting through my 'motivational clothes' and...
a good chunk not only fit me, but look good on me! This is so crazy because I’ve had a lot of them for years, and finally they are starting to fit. It’s actually kind of surreal, but totally awesome :) Currently wearing something I bought for future me two years ago.

how do I get to interact with my followers more? I want to feel more involved in this healthy community but I don’t really know how to go about doing that. I wish I could pinpoint what I'm doing differently...
but all that I can conclude is a positive attitude. I’m excited to go on a run tomorrow, and have time to do some lunges, dips, push-up, planks, and squats while I’m outside.I’m not dreading it, or feel like I have to force myself into it, but I am looking forward to doing something that is so incredibly great for myself. It’s really empowering.

Had a very active day with my roommate!
Walked around DC for probably 2-3 hours, exploring, getting lost, and eventually ending up at the zoo. It was a lot of fun, and very exhausting.  Now, just enjoying the Dancing with the Stars premiere, but I think I’m going to go and steal my roomies hoop and try it out while I watch. Hope you all had a good day today!
