Lots of exams and papers due, and finals are very soon so I have to start preparing for those as well. &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I haven&amp;#8217;t been able to exercise really, and I have been stress eating a little bit, but honestly in comparison to previous years, it&amp;#8217;s really not as bad.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Before, when I would hit these times in school I would be at McDonald&amp;#8217;s waaaaay too often. Basically, my food choices haven&amp;#8217;t been the best, but they also haven&amp;#8217;t been the worse, so I&amp;#8217;m feeling okay.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;But I know I&amp;#8217;m the one whose going to deal with the consequences of this. And when summer hits I&amp;#8217;m going to realize it wouldn&amp;#8217;t have been that difficult to add in a small workout, or eaten much better than I am. &lt;/ul&gt;&lt;p&gt;While I was writing my paper I kept thinking that I won&amp;#8217;t have time to go to the gym and even if I finish early I probably won&amp;#8217;t and I can just go later. And while I will also go later, I still made myself go this morning! Once my paper was printed I didn&amp;#8217;t even give myself a second to think about it, I just got on my workout gear and headed out the door.
